For Women Ready to Explore

NEW WAYS OF BEING & LIVING

PERSONAL EXPLORATION COACHING FOR WOMEN

Madelynne Cornish, Personal Exploration Coach for women
Personal Exploration Coaching creates space for you to explore what is changing, what matters to you and what you might want next.
I work one-on-one with women who sense that something in their life no longer fits.

Sessions are held online, and I work with women in Australia and internationally.

Perhaps your life feels like it's been turned upside down.

Maybe you've outgrown a part of your life but aren't sure what's next.

Perhaps you're struggling to reconnect with a part of yourself that once felt important.

Or maybe you have an idea you keep returning to but haven't taken the first step.

You might simply feel overwhelmed and need someone to listen and help you think things through.

Whatever brings you here, you don't have to figure it out on your own.

Together, we'll create the opportunity for you to think out loud, explore your questions and discover what feels true for you.

We'll untangle what's happening, notice the familiar patterns that may be shaping your thinking and explore what your next step could be.

As you slow down and become curious about those patterns, they can begin to loosen. New ways of thinking may emerge, along with new possibilities for how you might live and move forward.

Change Starts With a Conversation

You may see something differently, discover a possibility you hadn't considered or leave with a new awareness of yourself and what you want.

Between our sessions, you have time to notice what unfolds, try things, reflect on what you've learned and bring those experiences back into our next conversation.

Personal Exploration Coaching gives you somewhere to return to—a place to continue exploring, make sense of what you're discovering and consider what comes next.

Client Reflection
“I very quickly discovered that to create external change I needed to address part of my inner landscape that was creating stress, overwhelm and busyness. Through our conversations, subtle but significant shifts began to occur.. I’ve created more spaciousness in my life, and become clearer about  what genuinely supports my energy and wellbeing.”
