One goal. An hour to explore it.
Got a goal that's been sitting in the back of your mind?
Maybe you know exactly what you want. Maybe you've been putting it off. Or maybe you're curious about what could happen if you gave it some attention.
Bring it along.
We'll step away from the everyday for a while and imagine that your goal has become part of your life.
What’s different? What surprised you? What might have happened along the way?
With a little guided coaching, writing and reflection, we'll follow those thoughts and see where they take you.
Then we'll come back to today and see what you want to do next.
What to expect
Nothing complicated.
A relaxed, judgement-free space where you can think, exercise your imagination and explore your goal.
I'll guide you through a few simple exercises, with plenty of room to follow your own thoughts.
There is nothing you have to figure out.
You might leave seeing your goal differently, noticing something you hadn't considered before, or knowing what you'd like to do next.
Is this for me?
If you're a woman with something you'd like to make happen in the next 6–12 months, come along.
It could be something you've been thinking about for ages, something you've only just begun to explore, or something you're finally ready to give some attention to.
You don't need to have it all figured out.
Bring the goal. We'll start there.

What women have said
“The questions and process were deceptively powerful. They opened up much more than I expected, and by the end I had arrived at some clarities that genuinely surprised me.
Importantly, it didn’t feel like I had to find or move towards an answer, but that the process created space for me to discover so many things for myself.”

“Madelynne offered me a calm, structured and supportive space in which to encounter and feel the reality of the version of myself I want to embody... The session was intuitive as well as practical, and I left with a deeper sense of resolve to take aligned action.”
