Give yourself the time and space to explore what matters most.
Whether you are coming for Personal Exploration Coaching or Creative Coaching, choose from four, eight or twelve online coaching sessions, with time between sessions for reflection, exploration and whatever begins to unfold.

My c
oaching is available to women in Australia and internationally.
Four Session Coaching Journey

For women who are curious about exploring a particular question, possibility or area of your life.

Four sessions provide the time and space to pause, reflect and begin exploring what else might be possible. Together, we'll become curious about what you might like to explore or experiment with next.

Includes
  • Four one-hour coaching sessions
  • Email support between sessions
  • Reflection exercises where appropriate
    →

Eight Session Coaching Journey (Most Popular)

For women who would like the time and space to explore more deeply.

Over eight sessions, there is room to question long-held assumptions, explore new perspectives and experiment with new ways of being, living and creating. This journey allows curiosity and possibilities to unfold naturally, without the pressure of needing to have everything figured out.

Includes
  • Eight one-hour coaching sessions
  • Email support between sessions
  • Reflection exercises
  • More time and space for curiosity, exploration and experimentation between sessions
    →

Twelve Session Coaching Journey

For women who are ready to give themselves permission to explore life's possibilities over time.

Twelve sessions offer a spacious container for deeper exploration, thoughtful conversation and ongoing experimentation. Coaching evolves as you do, allowing us to follow what emerges rather than working towards a predetermined outcome.

Includes
  • Twelve one-hour coaching sessions
  • Ongoing email support
  • Reflection exercises

Curious? Let's Talk

You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, exploring something in your creative practice, considering an idea, or simply looking for someone to think things through with, our first conversation is simply a chance to meet, ask questions and see whether coaching feels right to you.

If something you've read has resonated with you, I'd love to hear from you.
